I canât say enough about my positive experience Newsome Team Realtors. Though I met with Red and Marti Newsome my primary point of contact during my Short sale was with Marti. From the beginning they were nothing but professional, polite and knowledgeable of the short sale process. As my frustration built working with the mortgage company on finding out the correct process and required paperwork needed for the short sale, Marti requested my permission to communicate directly with the mortgage company.
At that point the only communication and request for documents came from Marti. I felt completely confident in her process and without that I truly believe that I would not have been able to complete the short sale.
I have purchased and sold several homes and townhomes in Virginia and this house in Ohio and can honestly say that they have been my best experience with realty professionals.
