When buying a new home, always think resale value. 3-4 bedrooms are most popular with at least 2 baths. Lately, 3 car garages have become very desirable. Buy today for the most money when you sell in the coming years. Think you will stay in your new home forever and ever? You never know what the future will bring, so always think of the resale value. The neighborhood that surrounds your new home is very important. Take a walk through the neighborhood. Are the other homes well maintained? Spend time in the neighborhood at various hours to get an accurate guage of noise and activity levels prior to making your decision.
